there was a kid hurt around my house lately because he lacks the knowledge on how to jump a quad properly. when i talked to him about it i said that the good guys at this forum would be happy to answer his questions! he asked my, but then saw my scars and decided to do the opposite[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] any advice for young travis?

Go fast then weeeeeeeee LOL I just jump it. I guess it's natural for me.

tell him to go half throttle untill he hits bottom of the jump, then just gas it and go, he shouldent go nose first if he does that, but if he does, tell him to hit the throttle if he starts going nose first at landing, and then it should even out enough to land.. and if he is jumpin table tops, have him lean forward alil bit in mid jump for a smoother landing.

what was he riding was it like a breeze or a big quad. because i didnt know it was possible to crash a little quad. i always just bail off the back if a lanfding doesnt look good. LOL

he rides a blaster, and he can handle it good through the bush, but he gets intimidated on the track. poor kid was gonna hit a small double, but when he got halfway up he letthe throttle go[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]
