Blaster Jetting Please help

Hey.
my buddy has a 01 blaster that has been bored 20 over with a procircuit pipe and silencer, a reed spacer, boysen reeds, k&n air filter, the air box lid is removed, and it also has a power now. It is obviously jetted wrong due to the way that it runs very rich. My buddy bought a dyno jet kit for it and asked if i would put it in for him. Upon disassembling his carburator I found that the previous owner had put a DXP340 dyno jet main jet in it but all else apears stock. The kit provides these main jets: 200, 210, 220, 340, 350, 360, and a new needle.
I was wondering which main jet that is provided in the kit should i use along with which position should i put the needle at?

Also this blaster has all of the oil injection removed and a block off plate installed. He runs yamalube 2R at 40:1 with premium pump gas.

I'm not sure how much of a difference reeds make and a spacer but, I have a 300 in mine right now and it's still a little bit too rich. I would say to start out with a 300 and go down by one size at a time. Keep checking your plug untill you get a medium brown to light brown color. The lighter the leaner. You can buy individual jets for pretty cheap. They're mikuni jets for a blaster.
