Default Raptor 660 w/Powerlid (Jetting)

I have an '05 Raptor 660 completely stock, except for a K&N Powerlid. I was wondering if anyone has played around with the jetting with this set-up. I currently have Dynojets 142-Left 144-Right and am running at 0'-3000'. I called Dynojet and they said to run 165/170. What do you think??? Thanks in advance!

I have an 05 raptor as well with a full Big Gun EVOX exhaust, Pro Design filter with the K&N filter lid, Dynojet stage II jet kit. I did some jetting comparisons before jetting my bike to get a concensus of the range to jet to eliminate pulling the bike apart several times. I found most recommended 150/155. Now Dynojet and Mikuni jet sizes are not the same (about 10 sizes difference with the same number due to the tapered orifice of the Mikuni's). I'm not sure if they were Mikuni 150/155 or not. Big Gun doesn't recommend changing jetting but the power lid came with 150/155 Minkuni's. I installed the Dynojet as instructed for sea level using the 146/148 but found it to be too rich so I switched to the 144/146 and it runs better but maybe just a touch too rich still. I have the stock 22.5 pilots, 3rd needle clip, 3 out on air screws. Runs strong on the bottom and good mid. Now it seems that the 165/170 will be way too rich at the same clip position (I'm assuming you are on the 3rd) so I'd imagine that the 165/170 would be the 2nd clip position. I also recommend going from a 13 to a 12 front sprocket. Now I don't have the patience to try and run the Mikuni jets as a comparison but maybe others can give feedback.

Thanks a lot. I am running 142/144 at sea level because I still have the stock exhaust. The setup you're running sounds good. I've notcied it may be a lil bit too rich, but it's better than too lean.
