Default ball joint

Before I go riding there again, or on any long riding trips, i'm getting an out-n-back rack, and loading the cooler full of spare parts and tools, like an extra set of tie rod ends, some common sized spare bolts, a $5 socket set, lots of zip ties, a quart or two of oil, and a roll of duct tape. I also just got a full chassis skid plate because my brand new frame got beat to hell last time, and I need to get my swingarm skid re-welded because it got beat up that bad all the welds cracked.

lol..yeah but no matter what parts you take or even the right size bolts it's always going to be the one you don't have...oh i guess thats where the duct tape comes in..if you got the tape and a ball point pen i see that guy on t.v. make a bomb out of it and then you could just blow it up and walk back to the truck...lol

i woulda blown it up if i had to push 5 miles! the farthest i ever had to push was alittle over one on a hot summer day...and that was just a trials bike, so it was only like, 160 pounds, plus riding gear

I'd rather wrap my arms around the front fenders and hold onto the tie rods to steer rather then push it 5 miles home...LOL

I would have had to pick up the front end and drag it while keeping the front wheels off the ground for 5 miles! Now, i'm in good physical shape, but there's no way i'd have been able to do that in a day, especially having it being the 2nd day of riding after 9 hours at an mx track. Tower City keeps a couple small 4x4 pickups around to bring back broken down quads, and those trucks get put through a lot in a day, as abusive as their trails can be. If they didn't have that i'd have been screwed, because there's no way my cousin would have been willing to drive his f-150 through 5 miles of rocky quad trails.

It's awesome, it does everything Edelbrock claims, and it really makes a night and day difference in throttle response, ridability, and power.

They're definitely worth the money, i'd recommend getting one once you can afford it, my only regret is that I didn't get one sooner, it would have saved me a lot of trouble.

And I sold my stock carb, intake manifold, and throttle cable on ebay for almost $140, and the jet kit for $30 so that helped offset the cost a good bit.
