Default Raptor jetting help, back to stock

well dune season is over out here in the desert, so its up to the mountains, I am going to put a stock exhaust (header and muffler) back on for noise, my white bros was just a little to loud to ride around a sleepy mountain town. It was already jetted when I got the quad so for an open K&N filer, stock motor, and stock exhaust, what is a good starting point for jetting, I'd like to jet it for 4000", I know it's be a little fat up at 6 of 7,000' but I don't want to burn it up if I am lower (2500-3000') for a weekend.

thanks

Stock is 140/145, I would go 145/150 with the filter mod.
