Yes, a slip on slips onto the stock header. Look about where your leg would touch the bike when sitting on it. Behind the exhaust heat shield you can see the clamp where the slip on clamps onto the stock header.
Nothing wrong with the one you picked out, but keep looking there are better prices than that out there. For example Rockymountainatv.com has that same one for $249.99 with free shipping.
When you get your filter, make sure it is not a drop-in like the stock one is. Several guys on here can tell you horrer stories of the sponge ends on the drop in style filters getting sucked into the carb, plus they do not seal very well at all.

^^^^^^^^Again, agree with Speedy on both his last post^^^^^^^^^^^
Besides being out $200 I also want to know why a full system is so much better?
The head pipe is one of the improvements they made to the Raptor when it got changed from the Warrior. The inner dimension of the stock headpipe is extremely close to the stock inner dimension of the full system header. So close that you will never tell the difference in power on your butt-o-meter.
And no that link to the filter you left is for a drop in style filter. Here is a link to the one I am talking about.
K & N filter with billit and Outerwear's
The GYT-R system is the same.
You bolt the billet to the inside of your airbox, then put the filter on their and it tightens onto the billet using a clamp obtaining an airtight seal. The outerwear goes over the filter so you can now run with the lid off of your airbox and not worry about getting water on your filter.
