2002 Raptor 660 vs Honda 450r
 

I have a 2002 raptor 660 with a slip on pipe and a moose air filter. my friend has a stock new 450r and he wants to drag race and i think i can take him. What do yall think about this matchup and tell me if the raptor has better acceleration and a higher top speed than the 450 r. Who do you think will win????????

well You asked..And im 100% yamaha..But im not going to suger coat it...You only have a air filter and a slip on pipe..So you not much over stock your self...The 06 450r runs really really good stock...I think he will take you in a 300 foot drag..You mite can pull him in on top end....Iv had a 686 rappy..very well built one and very fast..But i was running a stock swing arm at first...And could not keep the front end down...untill i got a +6 swing arm..And the 06 450r..the way there built it is a little easyer to hold the front end down and go...But win or lose you will have fun doing it..let us know how it turns out..

Its really going to depend on rider i know that i usually loose to the 450's unless I just shift perfectly everytime. The 04's aren't what i lose to its the 05's and 06's that got faster and harder. good luck man just remember you would whoop them in the trails. Or if you are like nooo my quads better you can go front bumper to front bumper and start pushing him to freaking guam!
