Default Wolvie just cant clib a hill?

I went riding with some people today and odd thing is it cant even climb some long steep hills because it takes too long to get the rpm's to turn over. It gets to the middle of the hill and bogs out. Someone I was riding with took it to see if they could make it up and said something is definately not right. Maybe due to my K&N and snorkel removed and FMF pipe the bottom may be way to lean. I did change the main to 145. Maybe I need to go up on the smaller jets too? Any suggestions before I take it in to get worked on and spend $200+ on it.

Yep, 160 compression. Hmm... Any suggestions what it may be? It should climb the hills right?

Are you trying to go up the hill without downshifting? I find that on my machine, I have to keep the RPMs up to keep the machine moving. The Wolverine is no torque monster, so approaching a hill in a too high of a gear just doesn't work. I often find when climbing longer, steep hills, a down shift is usually in order.
