03 Raptor POS... yet another problem

Had this quad 2 weeks.. ridden one time. (one trip)

*Hit rock, broke/thrashed stock skid plate and tweaked rear disk
*threw chain shortly after, breaking the chainsaver mount off the engine
*teeth missing off sprocket probably contributed

Got the chain back on, ran fine after that to get us back to camp.

Quad sat for a week, ordered and installed new front sprocket.
Horrible design to remove and reinstall the (broken) chainsaver and sprocket guard

I put the quad leaning on its side for a bit to access the sprocket and chainsaver easier, so the quad was leaning for about 45 minutes.
Go to fire it up to test it the new sprocket, (after tightening the chain of course)
it wont start.
After a few minutes of attempting to start it, the starting bearing chews itself to pieces.

Towstarting the quad, it FINALLY starts and putters to life. It will run and idle now, but under full throttle, it cuts out BIGTIME. I banged on the carbs to make sure there is no stuck float.

*Plenty of gas in tank

Any ideas why it wont hardly run now? When its running, idle is OK, full throttle it pulls hard for one second, then cuts out and backfires and wants to die for about 15 seconds. Its NOT a rev limiter... its like its out of gas.

Any ideas?

*I miss my banshee

Thanks!

I'd check the main jets first. See if they are dirty.
