I have an 06 blaster to start with.. and if i put a bigger sprocket on the front will that make more torque and less top end or what whats the right combination to go with and what not..

You need a smaller front or bigger rear to do what you want to do.

but would that give me a lower top speed?

Yep. One or the other. There is no free power. The gearing just give you a mechanical advantage and that will give you less top speed.

less torque..higher speed..PROVIDED the engine has enough to overcome the extra load

Here's a generic calculator that you can play with to see the effect of changing gearing on a quad...
