its only 69 dollars a month untill 2010.. but once 2010 hits, whatever is left on the Financed amount, goes upto a normal rate, im assuming around 7%ish depending on where you life for the remaining amount.

I have not done the 69 a month till 2010 but I did do the 69 a month for 2 years last year.

Yes it is only 69 a month for every month till then unless you are late on a payment then it will be 108 for the next month.

Me I pay 110 a month because I dont want the payment to jump a lot when my 2 years runs out.

But at paying for 5 years (60 months) for a grizz at 8000(dont know what your sales price will be) with no interest is 133.33 a month. So you add the interest and it will be something probably around 150 a month for 60 months(granted you dont have to pay it off that fast so you could just pay the 69 a month until 2010 and your payment will go up then to whatever probably about 150 or 175)

Now all this is just figuring off of what I was told if I pay just the minimum it would be.

Try real hard to pay more than 69 bucks a month in the end you are hurting yourself I have two im paying for and my dealer has all kind of diffrent deal's depending on what tear you are on the credit rating I could have done the 69 a month thing but I chose a lockes APR% OF 3.9 FIXED RATE with minum payment's of 115 dollars a month which is great to me because if you pay 69 a month the apr can go as high as 22% if I remember rite all depending on if your late or how much you owe...

I plan to have it paid off before 2010, I just wanted to make sure it wasn't some kind of marketing thing when they come back and say my credit is good enough to get $69 a month and give me some crazy payment and interest rate.

I looked into it once and at that time anyway, the whole $69 a month thing wasn't even a finance deal - it was actually a credit card. Be very careful here. Did you see the news last week? Congress hauled in the heads of the major credit card companies due to the practice of jacking up interest rates from outside changes in your credit score - i.e. getting a new credit card with another company.

In other words, your payment and interest rate on credit card A could jump way up even if your never late simply because you just got credit card B in order to buy a four wheeler.

I was unaware at the time that this was a credit card. The dealer ran an application to "see if I qualify for the $69 a month offer". A week later a credit card with a Yamaha logo shows up in the mail, thus lowering my credit score. Man was I pissed! Long story short, I cancelled it and got everything straightened out.

Not worth it in my opinion. Especially when your looking at an $8,000 quad that when it's all said and done will cost you probably $11,000 and by the time that $11,000 is paid off it will only be worth like $4000 to $5000 at best.

The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender. (Proverbs 22:7)
