Wheel Spacers
I was thinking of putting wheel spacers on my Griz all the way around. Hoping it will make it wider and stay out of ruts. And maybe look better. I'm running 26 mudlites all around.
Will this cause any problems? Any input would be great. |
Wheel Spacers
Wheel spacers are great for a grizzly since they are inherently narrow. If you get them get the aluminum ones which bolt you your existing studs. Since you are moving the rims out it will cause more leverage against your shocks which may tend to make them feel softer. Also with the increased leverage it may cause your wheel bearings to wear out faster. Although I haven't noticed this on any of my quads.

Wheel Spacers
Will i need to get longer studs so the lugs will have more to grab?
Or any other hardware? |
Wheel Spacers
Nope that is why you get the aluminum ones which will bolt directly to your existing studs and then there is another stud which will bolt to your wheel.
