Default Water in oil on 660

Hey guys and gals, just looking for a little insight here. Recently tor the raptor motor down and replaced the tranny, after test riding , oil appears grayish in color. only thing I can think(haven't got it apart again to chck yet) is maybe the oring where the water pump housing bolts to the right side case.

Does anyone else have some helpful info or other ideas, suggestions before I tear into it again?

Thanks

Its most likely the water pump seals unless u ride in the creek or in deep water. Hope this helps
