bashee weak spark won't rev
 

i just put a 200 watt ricki stator ,force 3 reeds,noss cool head,cpi pipes,320 main jets,20cc domes. It starts good runs good but will not hit power band and take off like it shoud.I have moved the needlesup,tried different jets etc.It seems to have weak spark with the spark plug out?? Can anyone help??
