Okay guys, here's what I did and what worked...
I started on the rich side on purpose. I put in 160/165 and 27.5. It was cutting out and sluggish on part throttle due to a rich condition. Just to be sure, i removed the lid.. WHOA, did it make a difference... reminded me of my old banshee when trying to run down a gravel road, it just went ape. This was enough to prove to me that it is in a very mild state of tune.
I then moved down to a 25 pilot and 150/155 main. I may have been able to go just a bit richer, but I figured it was cold outside and I didn't want it to be too rich when warm weather gets here. It seemed to work well.

Good for you, bash! I got my DynoJet kit today and put it in per their recommendations. Worked great first time out...I'm satisfied to think this is as good as it gets with a great idle and strong top end. I even went from my 12t back to my 14t and man, what a pull! We'll see how it does in the sand...if it doesn't bog, that'll be what I keep! Ride Out!

Bash,
I'm running mine stock with the baffle out and I love the sound. Before this, I tried the Big Gun slip-on but it was too loud for me. BG recommended the 145/150 mains and that is what I put in. I have not changed since going back to the stock unit and removing the baffle, but it ran really well a couple of weeks ago riding in the snow. I hope to get out to the dunes next weekend and try it out again. I may try the Dynojet kit later on.
Please let me know if you find a better state of tune with your setup.
