Raptors have alot of power, but looks like you've been riding for awhile. If you think you can tame those horses, then go for it. I have a DS and two buddie have Raptors along with 3 others riding 400ex's. EX's run great, Raptors also, but for my wide body - the ds is for me. Good luck, the Raptor is a sharp quad, we'll love 4 wheels!

What's this, a guy form canada going for a raptor.Shoudn't you be checking out a DS?

Are YOU Canadian? Just curious. I've never seen a Jap on a Raptor either. My bikes are all Jap. and I'm just "Po' White Trash". Go figure, right?
Screw it, I'm even gonna check out those Cannondale 400's if they ever get the things together right. There's a dealer right near me that will sell them. Peace.

The raptor was my first quad after having dirt bikes for the last 24 years(since 4yrs old) and I love it and I wouldn't be without both.

Blasterrider- Glad to hear you are now riding a Raptor and I am impressed that you take the responsibility for paying for it yourself. You will have more pride and take better care of your machine knowing that it is YOUR money.

I started throwing newspapers at 10, mowing grass at 12, washing dishes at 14 and stocking in a grocery store at 16. I always had 2-3 jobs to pay for my cycles and cars all the way through college. Hard work pays off and I have the toys to show for it.

Too many kids today get whatever they want from Mom and Dad. They should all have to work for it. Carry on!
