Another warrior problem
 

I have a 2000 warrior with a DG pipe and K&N filer with modified air box top. I have a 155 main jet, stock pilot jet, needle clip in the original middle position and the idle screw about 1 1/2 to 2 turns out. I just went throught the whole carb and cleaned it up. It idles fine and runs fine at all speeds. From an idle and a quick blip of the trottle (3/4 or more) it bogs. Small blips or rev it slowly its fine. Do it with the choke on slightly or tape up the holes in the air box its good. So it seems its lean, but I find it hard to believe its lean with the jetting I got. What else can I look for?

If anything with that fat of a jet you should be rich. On my Warrior listed in my sig I run a 155 main with the clip in the leanest position and I am still running a shade fat. Check all your boots from box/carb and carb/cylinder jug for cracks or holes.

yea im thinking maybe leaning the needle will smooth it out,155 is pretty big. whats ur plug look like?
