1999 Warrior 350
Came across a 1999 Warrior 350 for sale locally. Guy said he bought it about a year ago and was running good. Been parked in his garage sitting for about 6 months and now it will only run with the choke on and throttle pressed open. Once he releases the throttle it turns off. He believes it may just be a carb issue. Any of you guys familiar with something like this?

Yes, change the plug first, it could be that, but fuel may have gone stale. Remove, carb and clean float bowl and jets out with an airline. If fuel is too stale in tank, change it. If he thinks fuel isn't too bad, try running it, but if it still doesn't run right, change the fuel for fresh.

Thanks, was just concerned that it could possibly be something else other than a fuel issue. What's the going price on a non running 1999 Warrior 350 these days. The machine looks pretty clean and all original. He's asking $1900 OBO in it's current condition. I only want to buy it if I can get a great deal on it.
