Kodiak won't start
 

I have a 2000 kodiak 400, I was using it and it just died. It won't start, I have spark in fact replaced spark plug. I tried to us starting fluid to check carb and it didn't work. The one thing I noticed was the plug was not wet with gas and pops though the carb. would anyone know what it could be?
