i would test the ign. coil then test the stator, also check your wiring make sure your grounds, fuses, relays are ok...sounds like maybe your stator pooped i know mine just flat out died all the sudden after getting into it out of a turn like a year ago.

usually electrical components, specially ignition stuff breaks down once warm, so thats most likely an electrical prob get a manual out or go to sandwizards.com for a free one and start testing the coil/stator to see if its bad, hopefully its maybe the ign.coil as there cheaper and easier to replace.

You tested the Ignition coil and Stator? if you can i would borrow somebodys CDI to just rule that out.

i have a ds650 and mine would do the same thing. the cdi was bad in it. it would start and run great until it would warm up and then die with no spark. once it cooled off, it would start right up again until it got warmed back up. try to borrow a cdi off of someone and see if your problem is fixed like 91warrior357 mentioned
