Grizzly 600 Issues
 

Ok,
I have multi issues so bare with me.
The carb float and needle i believe are wore out because the carb leaked gas all over the garage floor. I shut the petcock off and thought it was all good, but it wasnt.
I check the oil and it was right full of gas. Drained it and thought i would change the spark plug and dump some carb cleaner in and fire it up and run the hell out of it. Well some thing must have fell in the spark plug hole cause it only goes so far and locks up. I took the recoil off and and can rotate it backwards and then it locks up. So now i have the damn thing ripped apart down to the point of taking the head off to see what is in there. Is there anything i can do to try before i take the head off? And what bolts take the head off? All the Allen key ones? And any carb rebuilding tips? like cable removal stuff like that. I am mechanical but lacking patiences. HELP HELP HELP

Ok I did some reading last nite. When i drained the oil the plug came out and oil pipe came out. No oil strainer or spring. Is it possible that its in the crankcase causing this?

put some oil back in it and see if it will turn, the needlle and seat are bad in carb for sure but I would see if I could get motor to turn before I worried about that, did all of the spark plug come out? The air box and air filter are probably gassy too
