Ok, well if you work on a salvage yard, could you compare the carbs off a warrior to my model big bear?

Gearing was just a random thought. I didn't think there would be that big of a market for it.

OK, cause I know I have a ring and pinion back there on the axle itself. I was thinking it could have been like a truck and just an easy swap. And thanks on checking that for me, cause I can't find a rebuild kit for my make and model.

ok, I've got it to where it idles fine, but when I get on it to ride it, it acts like it's bogging down when I give it fuel. It will run fun and run like normal when I have the choke pulled out. and will run all the way up into top gear without sputtering when I have the choke pulled. I'm confused on what is going on here.

the pilot jet is plugged, thats the small jet, there are some real small holes in the end and sides of it, need to remove the jet, spray carb cleaner and compressed air through it, Ive had to use real small wire to get holes open, ,take your time, clean all passage ways real goood, if gas is stii runnin out the bottom it needs a new needle and seat, parts diagram calls it a needle valve
