Gas Running Out Carb Overflow

The dealer just rebuilt my '94 Kodiak 400 Carb.
Now there's LOTS of GAS running out the carb overflow.

ideas?

Float level set too high or garbage in the needle/seat.

ANSWER:

Yep. The Float Needle was bad causing the float to be out of adjustment.
Don't know why the dealer would install a Bad Float needle, but I'm expecting a refund on the labor.

Problem is - I took them the Moose Carb Kit.

Well if you took them your carb kit to install, and it was bad. You can't expect a refund on their labor for the installation of a part you furnished. I am sure its hard to see if there is a sine scratch or split in the face. Just my 2 cents

More $$ when you bring it back..... For most people... Do your maintenance yourself, and start going to a different dealer if you have to. Thats my advice..

I would have done the work myself, but I need to be out of town and had to have the ATV for a hunting trip the week I returned.

BTW: The dealer gave me a gift certificate for half the labor cost.
