advice??400 kodiak rt lower ball joint!!
 

I was told by someone that,people have used an automotive ball joint for this application!is there any truth to this??as i have to buy the whole control arm otherwise!if so what year/model would i get a balljoint for???any feedback very appriciated!!thanx!
