1999 banshee or 2004 raptor 660r limited edition
 

So i have a 1999 banshee with full pro circuit exhaust, mikuni 35mmcarbs carbs, wheel hub spacers all the way around, and tusk nerf bars. And there is a guy with a 2004 Raptor 660r limited edition with full dcm exhaust and i think nerf bars that wants to trade me for my quad. And 800u cash. Ive never rodea 660. Are they some what comparable to my modded banshee. And do you think its a good deal or not.

what kind of riding do you do? id personally stick with the banshee. the raptor couldnt be more different. the power is more in the low end and lower midrange, especially compared to a banshee. much easier to ride, but as fun? it also sits tall, where a banshee sits much lower and is more stable. raptors hook up better, banshee's spin. ones a 2 stroke twin, the other a 4 stroke single. you decide

If you like your 2 stroke Banshee, keep it.

If your need the cash and want a 4 stroke, make the trade.

Otherwise it is not a major upgrade going from a Banshee to a 660. A 660 has better suspension but ever since the Raptor 700 came out, the 660 has become alot less desireable.
