yamaha wolverine 450

I've been doing some looking around to see if the 450 wolverine was only an automatic or dose it have a 6 speed option, dose anyone know?

The 450 wolverine is automatic and 4x4 only. Its a pretty sporty machine, torquey motor on bottom and mid range but not much top end, tops out at about 50 mph stock. I owned one once but I wanted more power so I went to a 660 grizzly.

Yeah it was the older wolverine that was manual, I'm talking pre 2006.
I have a 2007 350 and I think its pretty great the CVT for an atv like this was just what I was looking for.

The older 350 Wolverines where 5 speed foot shift (Up to 2005) but the 450 and newer 350 is CVT like most all 4x4 are now.

Think of the 450 Wolverine as a 450 Grizzly/Kodiak but with no low range, diff lock ,IRS, racks and smaller 23" tires. 2006 Yamaha Kodiak™ 450 Auto. 4x4 ATVs

They both share the same motor, CVT, and front suspension.
