2006 Yamaha blaster starts but bogs!! HELPPPP!!

Hi all I have a 2006 yamaha blaster after couple good kicks I can get the bike to crank over and run but when I give it gas it bogs out like there is a flat spot. I have recently changed the carb twice and clean them but same problem. Is there any help!?

I could be a number of things. More info is needed. Did this Blaster run well at one time? Is this something that happened recently? Does it have good compression? Check the spark plug. What does it look like? You say you changed the carbs and cleaned them? Were they stock carbs? Did you inspect the jets? The needle? How are the reeds? Is the air filter dirty? If you don't have a service manual, get one. Find out what the stock setting are and check your carb to see if its different.

Well it did I bought it used from a guy a know and all it needed was the pistons changed. I bought a new piston kit with the pistons and all the seals. It has great compression and the sparkplug is brand new. Its a stock carb with the TORS, I honestly believe it to be a carb problem but I'm no tech when it comes to bikes.

Did you have the cylinder bored out when you replaced the piston or did you go back with the same size piston as before?

Yeah I got the cylinder bored to fit with the new piston I got

Some things to check: make sure it's not sucking air from somewhere like a leaking cylinder base gasket. check the reeds. take the jets out of the carb and check/clean. Make sure the air filter is clean and the carb is set up for your airbox lid configuration (stock/holes drilled/non-existant). If you don't have an airbox lid, try covering the airbox with duct tape or something and see how that does.

Imma check on that, Mind you the bike is running its just that when I give throttle its bogs like it can't accelerate.
