Hey, i know it sounds a little stupid, for a 2wd 250, but is there any way i can make some sort of snorkel kit for my beartracker? What do i need to connect where? I normally ride the rivers here in iowa from sand bar to sand bar, and i think that something like this would be ideal for the conditions. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

ya i thought about it. u can use some plastic tubing probally and some big rubber hose(ie. like that of a radiater hose) some clamps and glue. i hope this helps u out some. if u need more help let me know because i probally could plan the whole system out for u.

when u added ur new snorkle to it, did u feel any power increase since u were increasing the flow of air and u had to rejet? im kinda thinking about making one but my dad probally wont agree with me. beartracker10, what tires are u running on the rear? stock? on my t-wold 2Wd im running Carlisle Tire Co.'s Stryker. there pretty good if u run them at a low RPM they will plug up some but if u run them at a higher RPM they will stay clean and they also have lots of traction i found out. i would like to have a better tire on the rear but since we use our 4 wheeler for farming i cant. I hope u had good luck making ur snorkle. d

Im running the stock 22-10-10 Carlise Trail wolfs. They work ok, but i think im going to swap them for a set of Realtors, are they any good? I think if i turned them around and ran them backwards they would work really good on the sand bars. For the snorkel, what do i have to conect the hose to? Will i have to cut the air box or what? I have no clue. Also, will i need a Dynojet jet kit if i put a snorkel on it? Or would i have to just change the needle position? I know very little about carbs, but ihave a buddy that knows about them. And Does Supertrap or any other company make an aftermarket exhast for the beartracker?
Thanks for all of the help so far
