my 95 big bear 350 has spark and new carb and gas and won't start does anyone have answers

 

It needs:
1. compression
2. spark
3. the correct fuel and air mixture at the right time.

I would start with a compression test. If that is good I would consider either an incorrect fuel/air mixture or incorrect timing.

 

do you what the compression posts to be

 

I don't know for sure specs but I would imagine anything above 120 psi would be acceptable. Cranking at full throttle.

 

No matter what it should hit on good carb cleaner. Fog it good,if it's got good fire at a new plug,it will go vroom, if not u got deeper isues
