no spark issue, except when just touching the starter button quick, did all the checks in the manual, everything tested ok, did my own checks and ohm tests, found nothing, had 5 hrs diagnostic time ok'd by customer, went threw harness and still found nothing, went threw forums and everyone kept saying change the cdi, stator and many other parts, didnt end up changing anything but found the flywheel lost the magnet causing nothing for the pickup coil to pickup, put my magnetic screw driver past pickup coil fast back and forth and bang bang bang, changed flywheel and now everything is great. hope this helps.
