Sent the 2004 Kodiak 450 for Maintenance
I've had this thing since it was new - only took it in twice for maintenance over the years. This time she gets a full work-over: changing all the fluids, flushing the radiator, tune-up and she needs brakes. Also having the carburetor worked on - float valve seems to be sticking.

Got my 2004 Kodiak 450 back a few weeks ago - full tune up, changed all the fluids, fixed the grip heaters, and full inspection. I thought it would need brakes - still good. I was having a fuel leak - thought it was a stuck float valve. The technician cleaned the carb and didn't find a leak...and as soon as the delivery guy dropped it off and left I noticed it was still leaking. I called the dealer - they apologized profusely and sent the driver right back to pick it up. Ended up rebuilding the carburetor and replacing the fuel selector switch...returned it and didn't charge me for any of the work done to fix the leak: said they should have found/done it the first time. I have to say that I'm thrilled with the service - having to send it back the second time wasn't an issue because we were headed out of town for a few days and I never expected them to fix it and not charge me. That was classy.
Now she's all healthy and back in action working around our small farm. My wife is the primary operator of the Yamaha now and I run the Cub Cadet Challenger 750.
