Default 2006 yamaha raptor 700r HELP PLS.

I have a 2006 yamaha raptor 700r that's been giving me a weird problem. On heavy acceleration, it makes a loud "click" noise, it keeps clicking every second or so (the heavier the acceleration the faster the clicks) until I ease off of the throttle. It will do this on hills, straight aways, whatever, anytime acceleration is above about 75% throttle. When i accelerate little by little until my throttle is at 100% i do not hear the click only when wgen my rpm is low and i try to accelerate almost having my throttle at 75 %. The sound appears to be coming from the front 1/2 of the bike. I can't tell if the sound is coming from the head/valve area, or coming out of the CVT breather tube not sure i just had a new piston, ring, cilinder, clean valves .. other words an overhaul and timing belt .. bike runs good but im kinda worried on that noise .. pleade help guys

Does the quad accelerate normally? Besides the clicking sound does the quad have a smooth acceleration with no bumps or anything?
