Default Banshee jetting advice (mods listed)

Wondering where I should start and expect to end up with regards to jetting.

Elevation 3000ft
Temp usually 60-80 degrees

Mods:
Vito's superstock +8hp pistons 64.50
Toomey T6 pipes
2 to 1 single K&N YA-3502
Air box delete
Stock reeds

I have the carbs currently jetted to 27.5 pilots and 330 mains. I figured I'd go rich and work my way down. Should I be at 2 turns out on the air screw?

I have a fresh top end so I still need to break it in too.

Do you guys think I'm ok with 27.5 pilots and 330 maybe? And maybe I'll end up at 320 or 310s? I'll be mixing 32:1.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
