Yamaha ATV cost

Looking to purchase a Yamaha Kodiak 700 EPS 2018. MRSP is $8499. What is a fair price? Not sure what the markup is on ATVs or add ons like freight, tax. First time purchasing an ATV so not sure how or what to expect. Any suggestions. Please help!
