Have you taken the air box off and looked to see if it sprays gas when you stab the throttle, without it running. It only sprays solid when throttle goes from no throttle to wide open to overcome the quick gulp of air. Think of it like a pump spray bottle. Somebody may have improperly changed the timing of the spray. You would have to take cover off where the zip tie mod is and watch the arm that pushes the rod down that works the accelerator pump diaphragm you just replaced.

Was there a spring between diaphragm and pump cover, when you changed the diaphragm. You can take the float bowl off to check the accelerator pump function.

The side you don’t see goes up. The side shown is the bottom then spring and cover.

I think your pilot jet is a little big. Should probably be a 45. Is the bike completely stock, aftermarket exhaust, run an open air box? What your elevation where you ride?
