Ok so I got it dialed in pretty good,
after quite a few hiccups like adjusting the throttle at both ends & adjusting the fuel mixture screw.
The bog seems to be gone!
I haven’t test drive it yet but will soon.
Now my only concern’s are there seems to be chatter coming from “sleeve” in the carb ?
might just be because the air box is still off?
not sure if normal or not?
And the header pipe is getting red hot but I’ve read it’s normal ?
lmk what you think thanks 🙏

You can’t tune it with the air box and filter off. You will be trying to tune out a lean condition and once you put filter and aibox back on it will be rich. You have to tune it for under riding conditions. Can’t tune just revving it up in nuetral. Is bike completely stock or any aftermarket parts exhaust etc. Just trying to figure out what you have to give you a baseline starting point to tune.

I would go to a 45 pilot. And set your fuel mixture screw 2 turns out from fully seated. “Turned in, lightly seat it” Being you have an 05’ you should have an adjustable needle you might try it in the 4th slot from top which will Richen the midrange
