I have a 2003 660 grizzly. My rear drive shaft recently stripped on the diff side. I'm just wondering if any other Yamaha bikes take the same rear end as the grizzly 660

You can go onto any Yamaha dealer website and look up all bikes and compare part numbers. Partzilla.com, Bike bandit also will have all the oem parts listed.

 

I would be amazed if you can't get complete aftermarket shafts, with both CVs as a unit, from Interparts at much lower prices than Yamaha. We have fitted a couple of 550s with Interparts units, as the CV joints start knocking for no apparent reason.
