If that's the reverse thread your suppose to have a special socket for the dealer said tighten till you cant anymore but be smart about it ha ha. Honest answer I got from them! he said do it cold to remove it use heat and itll come loose easy.

 

 

you will go broke buying it use a hammer and a punch. Or make one if you are thrifty.

 

like I said above heat the case up and I think its reverse thread. they come out pretty easy with heat.
