Okay I went riding about a month ago and started hearing a noise so I loaded my kodiak up and went and washed all the mud then the next day I flushed both diffs and the noise in the front diff got even worse. Any help is amazing

Check the input shaft on the front diff, for play in the bearings. Tricky on a Yam, but take the filler plug out and shine a light on the crownwheel, then try up and down play in the CV unit, there will be some, but the crownwheel shouldn't move up and down with it, if it does the bearings are on their way out.
