95 Kodiak Dies While Running
 

I have a 95 Kodiak 400 runs fine and then just dies it might run 5 minutes or an hour doesn't bog just dies it usually takes 5-10 minutes to restart the motor turns but wont start I have rebuilt carb, replaced fuel line, flushed gas tank, replaced pitcock, checked valves not sure what to check next

No mention of checking the vent in the fuel cap. Next time it does it slacken the cap, if you get a sucking sound and an instant re-start, you have found the fault. Other possibility is an electrical problem.Take a spare pug with you and when the fault occurs, whip the lead off the plug, put it onto the spare one, lay it on the head and spin the engine over, if you have no spark, you have an electrical component breaking down when hot, could be coil CDI or stator.
