banshee heads
#11
I have a 2000 Banshee with lots of mods. I had over heating problems with it until I purchased the cool heads. I no longer have problems with the bike over heating. I went with the stock size domes so I did not have to change fuel type. I think you will find that it makes a large difference in the cooling of the machine. It is well worth the money involved. A mere $230 to $250 opposed to $400 or more for a radiator. Hopefully this will help.

Well a cool head does just what it says, it keeps the head cooler. If you are having some overheating problems here are a few things to try: Redline Water Wetter or Wetter Water I can't remember exactly, the impeller that everyone is talking about by ProDesign and it's much cheaper, or if you are mechanically inclined or have a friend that is-sne dyour motor to John Stallworth at Power Playground Racing. he does a cooling mod for $250 where he takes the rubber plugs out of the cylinders and engine cases so that the water flows to more areas, considerably drops the complete engine temperature of your quad. Not just in the radiator or just in the head, the whole cooling system will run about the same temperature.
