I know this subject has already been beat to death on this forum but bear with me. Does Yamaha have an updated intake manifold for the Raptor? If not, where can I find an aftermarket replacement? A couple months ago I saw an aftermarket system advertised in the classifieds, but, now that I need one it is no where to be found!

Also, has anyone else had problems getting this machine into neutral when it is hot? The clutch appears to be adjusted properly and the discs shouldn't be warped already (unless this is yet another Raptor flaw!). The oil is Yamaha 20W40 and was recently changed along with the filter.

Are you talking about a air filter connection mod? If so, ProFlow has a billet conversion clamp on kit that looks and works well. And if your talking actual intake (carb to motor) sorry, but I don't know of any either. John's Raptor has ready had it's clutch replaced, more than 6mon but less than 9mon. Just one of those things.
