I have a problem in choosing a 2002Raptor660R or the Grizz660
but every time I say I would like to get the Grizz I come back to the Raptor and I already have a Polaris Sportsman400( my dad will ride this)I would get the Raptor or the Grizz Any help???
I like mud (more water than mud but I heard the Raptor will go through like 2 Feet of water or bellow the seat Is this true?) but then I want to Jump! And wheelie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you really like riding in water, is it really just water over a hard packed surface or is it more like quicksand? From my years of living in Florida, I seem to remember loose sand that would quickly swallow a Raptor's low clearance. If you can avoid situations like this then I highly recommend the Raptor. I started on a Kodiak which I thought was the best all around machine available until I got a sport quad. Now, the one remaining Kodiak is stuck doing yard work. If it is lucky though, I might sell it to a hunter this fall. I really hate pinning this beast into the yard when it was meant to be free. I can only imagine what the new Grizzly can handle. Really I can't justify a $5,000 machine for pulling mulch and dirt around and the occasional 2-3" Baltimore snowfall. I can wait out the snow and I am fairly sure the 400ex can pull a couple hundred pounds of dirt at a time.
