arlan,
does it look like the tires are gonna rub in the back? I want to put 27" tirs on mine but Ive heard someone say their 26" 589's rub a little when riding hard.

Ronnie...With the 27" tires mounted on the STOCK wheel they are not going to rub, there is plenty of room. I could see them rubbing a bit on a wheel with say 1 1/2" or 2" more offset, but even then it would be an easy fix. You would just have to shave a little plastic off the bottom of the fender, and it wouldn't even be noticed. If your considering tires I say GO FOR IT! You'll be glad you did, especially after to see what you have replaced. I don't see how those stock tires manage to survive as well as they do...Arlan

Arlan, those tires look awesome. The grizz is so big that it doesn't even look like 27" tires. Perfect proportions. Good choice.

Blazing:
I read that the silver Grizz is flexible paint over black plastic, so it isn't as durable as the blue or green which has the colour right through the plastic. Is the camo also the flexible piant (like they use on car bumpers), or is it stickers?

New to this forum, but have seen some of Arlans pics- Nice customizing there! You should go into business with some of those things...

Anyway, 27" tires do have a "slight" rub on 1 small part of the fender. I didn't notice until after about 100 miles of riding, and even now it still isn't noticeable where it has happened unless I would point it out, so it's not major at all.
