My brother has a 93 Banshee with a Toomey T-5 kit and the uni 2 into 1 filter set-up, It's a decent system but all of our riding is woods,This poses a problem with dust and water continually cloging his outer wear and eventually leading to a filter cleaning every couple of hours, When he bought the bike originally the only mods were uni pod filters clamped directly to the carbs, The former owner trashed the original set-up for obvious reasons, Hopefully someone makes a aluminum airbox set-up and intake? Just hoping you guys can shoot me some leads, Were tearing the bike down for the season in a few weeks to give it the Vito's top-end treatment and would like to solve his filter problems at the same time Thanks Todd

I'd check with sparks or ct racing. Also Alba does a lot with the banshee.

Graydon sells an aluminum airbox for the banshee. Though a stock airbox with a pro design filter kit is just fine.

I, myself am using the pro design method....People complain all day long about the stock filter arrangement...But I rode the bike hard for 2 years before I bought the prodesign..No problems at all.
I agree not to use direct clamp ons....not unless you plan on riding only tracks.
