FYI, If you are thinking about a lowering kit for your Raptor.
DONT DO IT. You are unable to use your head lights with the lowering kit at the same time. Marty with the Quad Shop suggested, re-drilling a hole about one inch above the stock shock mount bracket, than cutting off the about 3/4" of the existing flange off. Wondering if anybody else has done this and thier experiences, good or bad ? Pic's of My Raptor |
I talked to someone at a shock company about the drilling and redoing the shock mount and they said don't do it. just get a set of adjustable shocks and lower it that way.
