Well this has been a project for the last 3 weeks. The quad just stopped running so I started testing the coil and the CDI box. I finaly gave up because no spark to the plug and everything tested ok and the wiring tests ok. I replaced the coil and no spark, I finaly just wasted money and purchased a CDI box no spark. I have tested the RUN switch 50 times and it test ok and I tested the magneto and it seems ok but I will probably replace that next since it gets new wires to the CDI box with it. Well this has become the big money pit but it runs great and everything will be new and I will have spares when I am out in no place zone. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Okay. What's a "Quadsport 230S"? I've probably passed one on the Raptor, but at the Raptor's speed slow moving objects are kind of blurry.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] Seriously, spend about $23.95 on a Clymer manual.You will be able to get one from Magic Racing (1-800-999-4594). They have same day shipping. That manual and a volt-ohm-meter should allow you to track the problem down. I've got the Clymer book for my Warrior, and it offers some pretty detailed trouble shooting on electrical and ignition problems. I've been lucky so far and haven't had any. Good luck.
