Looked at all the stores around here like auto zone, napa, and so on.....I can't find a filter to fit in the hose that goes into the airbox lid. You guys that have your airbox lid removed...where did you get the filter from that you put in the hose? Do you maybe have the store name and the part # so I can get one? I thought I would have no problem getting one at any auto parts store, but I am having no luck. It is 1/2 diam. and the only filter i found that was even close was only 1/8th at best Any help would be greatly appritiated!

Go to a high performance car shop. Sprint cars use all kinds of filters & breathers. If they don't have one in stock look in their K&N catalog & have them order one.

I went to Auto Zone and had them order me a K&N for my raptor. The part # that I bought is 62-1330. It was like 17 dollars. It is a clamp on style. You will need to get a 1/2" piece of pipe to adapt it since it is a female (clamp on) filter. The only male style filter I could find was like a chrome filter you would see on an engine in a car. It had a little nut so you could take it apart. I didn't want it, figured it would just viberate the nut loose and fall apart. That part # is the # off the K&N package.
Good luck.

I found a generic one at autozone it was chrome and had a small adaptor for 2 different size tubes, cost $9.95, tossed the package though, make sure you dont ask for quad or motorcyle parts they always say they dont have anything for that application
before i found that one I just grabbed an ugly (orange) pcv valve filter for a car cost $2 but at least it kept the junk out

Autozone, Blue in color with paper style filter. looks like the K&N style with different color. Cost $8. Had to get a plastic tube 1/2 to 3/8 at Home depot to connect it. Found the filter in the high performance section.
