Yes I have. They are batting .500 +.500 for correcting their error. I bought what I thought was a replacment pro flow foam filter. It was listed on their site that way as well. When i recieved it, it was a foam filter for a warrior and the outerwear I ordered for it wasn't the right one either. I contacted them, they checked their site and agreed with me. They refunded my credit card in full and sent me a UPS shipping label to attach to the original box to ship the parts back for free of charge to me. I also bought my 2 1/2" rear wheel spacers from them and they were what I ordered. So they get an A from me.
