Need to replace the stock (weanie) skid plates on my Warrior. I ride mostly mountain/ rocky terrain. Seems there is a manufacturer out of Central Point, OR, but I can''t remember the name of the company. They were heavy-duty, kinda spendy though. Anybody have any suggestions on which way to go?

Thanks for your help!

I can't believe i'm making this post but...Gulp...DG...BAHA. i prsonally never liked anything i've bought in the past...BUT...their skids for the warrior rock.Uhm. except the rear...i go with PRM. their (prm) rear skid protects the linkage. In fact i use PRM on my Raptor all around.

the dg stuff for the warrior takes alot of abuse...the flush mount tourqes bolts are a nice fit and allow you to slide over obstacles nicley. some one recommend them in a post to me a couple of years ago...i tried a couple of other companies after my first purchase and went through them fairly quickly.

if you don't take my advice at least do me the solid of replying with what you did go with and how it held up. good luck.

I second Raptor660 on the DG units. I have the full armour under mine and holding up well with serious rock abuse. Haven't tried the PRM rear skid and have had to take the Rear DG off and do some hammering on it to get it away from the rear brake rotor.

Gosh, guys! thanks for the quick replies, as I'm ready to buy NOW, and just didn't know which way to go. I know where I can get DG baja, but not sure where to go for PRM. I'm sure they must have a site....I'll check it out. Gettin' real tired of pulling that poor excuse of a skid off my rear brake rotor as well!

Thanks again for the help, and Raptor660, I'll let you know how it all works out!

Thanks loads!

Check out www.prm-atv.com I've got the swingarm skidplate and the glideplate and the "Baja" front bumper. Quality is top notch and the pricing isn't too bad when compared to other quality stuff. Two thumbs up.

thanks so much 95 Warrior! One is on its way! You're right about the price. I had found a couple of other sites that sold them, but they bumped the price up a little.

Geez! I might even be able to get it put on by the time the woods open up! YEEHAW!!

Thanks again!
